For over 20 years, I’ve been a coach and trainer, working with adults and young people across the business, private and charity sectors. My biggest passion is helping others to find their excellence within and achieve the success they want. Through belief, we can inspire, empower, transform.
I design and deliver experiential and participative sessions, tailored to meet your needs and outcomes, whether it’s for a large team or 1-1. As well as coaching and training design and delivery, I also have expertise in personal development, selling, leadership, presenting, facilitation, team development, engagement, mentoring, feedback. I’m a certified NLP Trainer as well as completing Coaching Mastery with Sue Knight and Gene Early and I’m a certified Life Coach.
